About Us

Pedal Steel Solar is a solar development company headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas.

The team comprises energy industry experts with extensive experience in project development, commercial negotiations, market analysis and project finance. Through our solar development activities, we drive infrastructure growth, spur economic development and raise the national profile of the Heartland states.

Partnership

We believe forging strong bonds with customers, communities, landowners and counterparties is vital to the success of our projects and business. We value transparency and trust in our team. We strive for connection and collaboration with all stakeholders and are intent on working with partners that share our values. Building strong and lasting relationships helps advance the mutual success of all parties involved.

Stewardship

Caring for the land and environment is a core principle in everything we do. Our development philosophy is to consistently implement innovative, site-specific solutions that harness, augment and protect the resources and natural beauty of the region. Being a good steward requires flexible and adaptable land management plans that focus on improving soil health while harvesting the sun’s natural energy. With our projects, we seek to cultivate the mutual benefits of solar energy and agriculture through co-locating pollinator habitat to support pollinators, integrating animal grazing to keep farmland in production and boosting biodiversity by planting native grass species.

Entrepreneurial Spirit

Curiosity, creativity and collaboration fuel our every decision and action. Challenge motivates us, and we relentlessly seek new methods of identifying, developing and financing projects. We value every team member’s ideas and input. Like our landowner partners, we believe it is important to take pride in hard work.

Empathetic Ecosystem

Our goal is to put empathy at the center of the decision-making process. Our work serves an ecosystem that encompasses our team, clients, communities, the land that hosts us and the myriad other organizations that are affected by our decisions and actions. We treat all our stakeholders with respect and compassion, leverage connection to multiply our impact, and are led by care in all we do.
